Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's order granting summary disposition to defendants in this condemnation case. Plaintiff, which owns and operates the Ambassador Bridge connecting Detroit, Michigan, with Windsor, Ontario, had attempted to condemn defendants' land in order to improve access on the Detroit end of the bridge.1 The trial court concluded that plaintiff did not have the power to condemn.
