Defendant appeals as of right from the trial court order denying its motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) and (C)(10) in this dispute arising out of Boniface Nowak's1 fall on the steps of the Bay County Building. We affirm. This appeal has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
