The third sentence of paragraph 10 of the opinion of the Court certified on July 12, 2018, is revised to correct the citation to chapter 45 of Title 17-A of the Maine Revised Statutes as follows:
The statutes establishing drug-related crimes are found in part 42, chapter 45, entitled simply "Drugs."
