[¶ 1] The father of Emma C. appeals from a judgment of the District Court (Lewiston, Lawrence, J.) terminating his parental rights to eleven-year-old Emma pursuant to 22 M.R.S. § 4055(1)(A)(1)(a) and (B)(2)(a), (b)(ii)-(iv) (2017).1 He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence as to unfitness as well as the court's finding and discretionary determination that termination was in the child's best interest.
