[¶ 1] Steve Anctil appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Stokes, J.) upholding the redactions made by the Department of Corrections in certain documents it sent to Anctil pursuant to Anctil's Freedom of Access Act (FOAA) request. 1 M.R.S. §§ 400-414 (2016).1
