[¶ 1] Nicholas Stein appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J.) affirming the decision by the Maine Criminal Justice Academy Board of Trustees to suspend for one year Stein's certificate of eligibility to act as a corrections officer.
