[¶ 1] Paula Bratton and Daniel Hills Sr., individually and on behalf of their three minor children (collectively, the Brattons), appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court (Somerset County, Cuddy, J.) granting Halsey McDonough's motion for judgment as a matter of law as to some of their claims and in favor of McDonough based on a jury verdict on the remaining claims.
