[¶ 1] Raymond Bellavance Jr. appeals from a judgment of conviction of one count of arson (Class A), 17-A M.R.S. § 802(1)(A) or (1)(B)(2) (2012), entered in the trial court (Murphy, J.) following a jury trial. Bellavance makes multiple arguments on appeal, including that the indictment and jury verdict deprived him of his constitutional right to be free of double jeopardy and that the court effectively deprived him of his right to counsel...
