[¶ 1] Jo A. Woodworth appeals from a judgment of the District Court (Machias, Cuddy, J.) awarding her $67,180 in damages pursuant to 14 M.R.S. § 7552 (2011) based on a timber harvest trespass. Woodworth argues that the court erred in its damages award and in declining to grant her motion to add a party pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 21.
