[¶ 1] Adah P. Ginn appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Horton, J.) in favor of Robert D. Spickler on Robert's claims for declaratory judgment and to quiet title, and on Adah's claim for adverse possession.
