[¶ 1] Lewis E. Hatch III and Kathleen Hatch appeal from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Oxford County, Clifford, J.) in favor of The Bank of Maine on its foreclosure complaint. The Hatches challenge the foundation presented by the Bank to support the admissibility of its mortgage records pursuant to the business records exception to the hearsay rule. See M.R. Evid. 803(6).
