McCormick appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Wheeler, J.) dismissing McCormick's complaint alleging a breach of warranty arising from a 2001 deed of oceanfront property to McCormick from Lawrence Crane and his wife, Margaret M.
