[¶ 1] John Pelletier and St. Sauveur Development Corporation appeal from a judgment of the Business and Consumer Docket (Nivison, J.) entered after a bench trial that determined and divided John Pelletier's and Paul Pelletier's respective interests in St. Sauveur Development Corporation pursuant to 13-C M.R.S. § 1434 (2011).
