[¶ 1] Robert F. Gillis appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court (Bangor, Gunther, J.) modifying a spousal support order regarding his former wife, Judith L. Gillis. Robert argues that the court abused its discretion in determining his ability to pay spousal support and in awarding attorney fees, and committed clear error in finding him in contempt for failing to make court-ordered payments toward his arrearage.
