GORMAN, J.

[¶ 1] Kurt M. Feiereisen appeals from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Board (Goodnough, HO) denying his petition for award of benefits for an injury suffered while traveling to a workers' compensation mediation for a previous injury. We conclude that the injury did not arise out of and in the course of employment, and affirm the hearing officer's decision.
