[¶ 1] Nicholas W. Belyea appeals from a final judgment entered by the Superior Court (Aroostook County, Hunter, J.) granting summary judgment to Shiretown Motor Inn, LP, and Shiretown Motel, Inc. (collectively Shiretown), on Belyea's complaint alleging negligence.
