Rainey appeal from a partial summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J.) in favor of Domino's Pizza, LLC on the Raineys' claims for vicarious liability and negligence. The Raineys argue that the summary judgment record compels a conclusion that Domino's Pizza is vicariously liable for injuries Paul sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
