Cilley appeals from a summary judgment of the Superior Court (Washington County, Hunter, J.) in favor of Jennifer Lane on the Estate's complaint that Lane's negligence led to Joshua Cilley's death. The issue before us is whether Lane owed Cilley a duty of care.
