Fitzgerald appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Anderson, J.) in favor of Christopher Hutchins on Fitzgerald's complaint for breach of contract, quantum meruit, and unjust enrichment in connection with the sale of a power plant.
