[¶ 1] The State appeals from the order of the Superior Court (Piscataquis County, Anderson, J.) granting Charles E. Bromiley IV's motion to suppress the evidence resulting from law enforcement contact with Bromiley while he was using his all terrain vehicle (ATV). The Superior Court granted the motion, holding that the then-effective version of 12 M.R.S. § 10353(2)(G) (2008), permitting stops of ATVs without suspicion of any violation...
