Beauchene appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Jabar, J.) affirming the decision of the Commissioner of the Department of Health and Human Services to deny the grievance Beauchene filed with the Department. Beauchene's grievance is based on his claim that his Comprehensive Service Plan (CSP) does not comply with the requirements of the Rights of Recipients of Mental Health Services (RRMHS). See...
