[¶ 1] Faustina Fogarty appeals from a judgment of the Aroostook County Probate Court (Dunleavy, J.) following a new trial granted by the court on Juanita Flanigan's motion in connection with the probate of the Estate of George L. Fournier, the deceased brother of Fogarty and Flanigan. Fogarty contends that the court erred in granting a new trial, and that the evidence does not support the court's judgment following that new trial. We affirm...
