[¶ 1] Vincent S. Pelletier appeals from an order of the District Court (Caribou, Daigle, J.), which ruled in favor of the Department of Health and Human Services on its claim for child support. Pelletier acknowledged paternity of the child at birth but learned ultimately that he is not the father of the child.
