[¶ 1] Vickie L. Mills appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) affirming a decision of the Town of Eliot Board of Appeals (the Board). The Board had denied Mills's administrative appeal of a code enforcement officer's (CEO) approval of a building permit for a lot in a so-called family subdivision that abuts Mills's property. Mills contends that the Superior Court erred when it affirmed the Board's decision...
