This appeal involves two issues. The first issue is the permissible scope of the search incident to arrest exception under Arizona v. Gant that allows "a search incident to a lawful arrest when it is `reasonable to believe evidence relevant to the crime of arrest might be found in the vehicle.'" 556 U.S. 332
