Petitioner, Karen Webb, was injured while shopping at a supermarket owned and operated by Giant of Maryland, LLC, Respondent ("Giant"). Petitioner filed suit against Giant in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County alleging negligence and negligent hiring, training, and supervision. A jury returned a verdict in Petitioner's favor....
