Peninsula Regional Medical Center ("the Hospital")1 admitted J.H. for psychiatric treatment based on a petition for an emergency evaluation. After the hearing, an Office of Administrative Hearings ("OAH") Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") ordered that J.H. be involuntarily admitted.2
