In 1980, Luke Daniel Johnson was convicted of first-degree rape in the Circuit Court for Washington County. The court sentenced him to life in prison.

In 2015, the court granted post-conviction relief, vacating Johnson's conviction. A year later, the court accepted Johnson's guilty plea and sentenced Johnson to life in prison...
