On January 26, 2012, Respondent and Cross-Petitioner Robert Roman ("Mr. Roman") sued Petitioner and Cross-Respondent, Sage Title, LLC ("Sage Title" or "Petitioner"),1 in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Respondent alleged in his Complaint that Sage Title committed conversion/theft and negligence.
