In this appeal, American Asset Finance, LLC ("AAF"), the appellant, challenges a decision of the Trustees of the Client Protection Fund of the Bar of Maryland ("the Fund"), the appellee, to deny in all or in part four claims submitted by AAF. The Fund's final determination of AAF's claims was affirmed on judicial review by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
