We are asked to consider whether the trial court committed reversible error by denying Petitioner's request to include on the special verdict sheet a question specifically addressing the assumption of the risk defense. Petitioner contends that by denying the requested question, the trial court prevented the jury from considering whether Respondent assumed the risk of her injuries and committed reversible error.
