This reciprocal discipline action arises from a proceeding initiated by the District of Columbia Bar Counsel ("D.C. Bar Counsel") against Respondent, Harry Tun, for overbilling the District of Columbia Superior Court ("Superior Court") for legal services rendered to indigent defendants in criminal cases.
