On September 25, 2008, appellee, Karen Krausen, f/k/a as Karen Remson, filed a complaint for limited divorce in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. During the proceedings, the parties signed a consent order enjoining appellant, Alan Sanford Remson, from contacting appellee.
