This case arises out of the tragic paraplegia of Victoria Little ("Little") as a result of a surgical procedure that had various complications. Little brought suit for medical malpractice and a jury trial was held in the Circuit Court for Harford County. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Little against defendants Dr. Roger Schneider ("Schneider"), Dr. Mark Gonze ("Gonze"), and Vascular Surgery Associates, LLC, and judgment was entered for $2,874,398...
