In this case, a suit for breach of a line of credit agreement, we are asked to determine whether the Circuit Court for Baltimore County abused its discretion in awarding to the prevailing party the amount of attorneys' fees actually incurred 1 when the agreement allowed that party, after default by the debtor, to collect as attorneys' fees "fifteen percent (15%) of the principal plus accrued interest
