In the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, a jury convicted Juanita Robinson, Petitioner, of first degree murder and related offenses, including use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence. The State's evidence, which was sufficient to establish that she committed those offenses on March 31, 2007, included testimony about three statements that Petitioner gave to investigating officers.
