Appellees, NRT Mid-Atlantic, LLC ("NRT"), Bonnie Camarata, and Dennis Roarty, filed a petition to confirm an arbitration award in the Circuit Court for Worcester County on February 12, 2009, naming as defendants the three appellants, Capital Select Realtors, LLC ("Capital Select"), Hyongjin Oh, and Chong Barden. The court heard the matter and issued an "Order of Confirmation and Judgment" on November 18, 2009. Appellants filed a timely notice of appeal...
