Petitioner Enoch Jermaine Hill stands convicted of the crimes of sexual abuse of a minor, second degree sexual offense, and unnatural or perverted sexual practice. Those convictions were based, in part, on the admission into evidence of two statements he made to the police during their investigation of the crimes.
