After a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Dale Albert Crispino, III, Petitioner, was convicted of two counts of child sexual abuse, two counts of second degree sexual offense, and one count of third degree sexual offense. After his motion for a new trial was denied, he was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment, with all but five years suspended, as well as five years' probation.
