The Attorney Grievance Commission ("Petitioner"), acting through Bar Counsel, filed a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action against Timur Ziya Edib ("Respondent"), charging him with professional misconduct arising out of his representation of his client, Gokperi Kismir, principally with regard to the sale of certain real property in Virginia.
