Appellant, Kenneth Jefferson, was convicted on April 22, 2008, by a jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun on or about his person and carrying a concealed and dangerous weapon on or about his person. On June 6, 2008, appellant was sentenced to two years incarceration for carrying a handgun, and a concurrent sentence of two years for carrying a concealed dangerous weapon.
