In the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Sharon Roosevelt, Appellant, sought a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) to enforce a judgment of attorney's fees and costs that had been entered in her favor and against Mehmet Corapcioglu, Appellee.1 The Circuit Court denied that request, and Appellant noted an appeal to the Court of Special Appeals, presenting a single issue for review:
