This case arises from a medical malpractice claim filed by Respondents, Rebecca Marie Waldt and her husband, Roy Waldt ("Waldts"), in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. In December of 2002, Mrs. Waldt underwent a procedure to treat an aneurysm in her brain.
