Appellant Charles F. Williams, Jr. appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County convicting him of unlawful possession of a handgun. On October 6, 2008, the court sentenced Williams to three years of incarceration, with all but one year suspended, for violating Md.Code (2002), § 4-203(a)(1)(i) of the Criminal Law Article ("CL").
