Appellant, Lorenzo C., was charged as a juvenile with wearing and/or carrying a handgun and related charges. On November 5, 2007, the Circuit Court for Prince George's County (Dawson, J.) held an adjudicatory hearing on the charges. At this hearing, Lorenzo C. moved to suppress the handgun; however, this motion was subsequently denied.
