In this case we address for the first time in a criminal law context whether the State has a privilege to refuse to disclose the exact location from which police have performed covert surveillance, even when a surveilling law enforcement officer testifies against the individual regarding the information gleaned from the surveillance. This privilege has been previously recognized by the Court of Special Appeals, and we confirm the existence of that privilege...
