On September 28, 2005, Ocean Petroleum, LLC, appellee, filed a civil action in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County alleging two causes of action against six defendants, including Al Binaa Trading & Construction, LLC ("Al Binaa"). Appellants, Hiyab, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and Woldensie Asfaha, Hiyab, Inc.'s owner (collectively "Hiyab"), who were not parties to this lawsuit, filed a motion for leave to file a cross-claim for indemnification...
