In this case we must determine whether the Circuit Court for Montgomery County properly entered summary judgment in favor of Petitioners, Double H Family, LLC, and its principal Judith Goozh (collectively, "Double H Family") and La Belle Epoque, LLC, and its owners Mark Hoover and Marie Christine Hoover (collectively, "La Belle Epoque").
