This is an appeal by a juvenile challenging the denial of his motion seeking relief from sex offender registration. The juvenile appeals on two grounds. First, he argues that he should be relieved of his obligation to register because his risk of reoffense is "less than low" as dictated by L.L. v. Commonwealth,
