COMMONWEALTH v. PIERRE D. LEZIN.

The judgments on the charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation are affirmed. The judgment on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license is reversed, the verdict is set aside, and judgment shall enter for the defendant on that count. So much of the order on the postverdict motion for required findings as denied the motion on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license is reversed...
